Limited Warranty

Congratulations on the purchase of your new Australian Design TRIGAPRO™ Electronic rod holder. We trust you will enjoy using this new all in one Rod Holder. Your new rod holder is warranted for a period of (1) One year from date of purchase. Pease make sure you register your items upon purchase. We extend the warranty only to the original consumer purchaser. Should you believe that your rod holder is defective in material or workmanship, you must send us an email to notify us of the warranty claim. Return the rod holder (complete) along with its retail packaging ( original hard box ) to Tender Catch Pty Ltd. Through its Australian Operations. For all other products, please follow the same steps for any returns.

Returns/Warranty

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from: carelessness, misuse, improper insulation, modification, water damage, leaking battery, loss of parts, tampering, unauthorized repair, improper/reverse power input, and purposes other than domestic use or normal wear and tear.

We cannot provide warranty services without achieving the following requirements:

The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.

Tender catch is not liable for consequential or incidental damage caused by the use or misuse of this product. Some states do not allow limitations, limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

Returns Policy

At Tender Catch, we dedicate ourselves to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have purchased from us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind: Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer returns if you simply change your mind. Make sure to check the product specifications and compatibility before making a purchase.

Faulty Goods: If the product is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team within the warranty period. We will assist you in returning the item and depending on the nature of the fault, we may offer a refund, repair, or replacement. If the product has not been found to be a manufactures type of fault, you may incur a testing fee charge and the return shipping costs.

Statutory Rights: Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product is not of acceptable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match the description, you have the right to have the item repaired, replaced, or refunded by us.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our warehouse/mailing service. We’ll notify you via email once the return process is complete.
