Change of Mind: Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer returns if you simply change your mind. Make sure to check the product specifications and compatibility before making a purchase.

Faulty Goods: If the product is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team within the warranty period. We will assist you in returning the item and depending on the nature of the fault, we may offer a refund, repair, or replacement. If the product is found not to be faulty, you may be charged a testing fee and the return shipping costs.

Statutory Rights: Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product is not of acceptable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match the description, you have the right to have the item repaired, replaced, or refunded by us.
