At Tender Catch™ we strive to deliver your purchase in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. However, our responsibility for the goods ends once they have been dispatched. Below are the key points of our policy:

Delivery Times: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and the shipping method chosen. An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout, but it is not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method chosen. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you’ll be offered shipping method choices and their prices.

Damaged or Lost Goods: Tender Catch™ is not responsible for any damage to or loss of items that occurs after the goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier. We recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance to cover any potential loss or damage during transit.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct and someone is available to receive the goods. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address or for any loss that occurs after the goods have been delivered to the designated location.

Insurance: To ensure your package is protected from theft,  loss or damage during shipping, we highly recommend purchasing insurance. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

Claims for Non-Delivery: In the case of non-delivery, customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist with this process if necessary, but are not liable for the reimbursement of goods lost in transit.
